Web Wednesday: Bach Duo

I've been doing this for the past few weeks, but I've decided to officially devote Wednesday's post to cool things people email me and/or I stumble across on the internet.

Kind of a salute to the way the web has changed the world.

  1. That's a great video. The web certainly has changed the world. I was watching the Moldavian revolution on the web this morning. Who would've ever known what was going on there if not for Internet?

  3. That was very cool, though I must admit I was hoping for some Skid Row before I hit play.

(Just keep in mind I bring the whole culture level of your readership down a peg or two).

  5. Knowledge used to take decades, even centuries to go around the world. Now all of Mankind's accumulated knowledge is the touch of a few keys away...

  6. This reminds me of the scene with Tom Hanks in Big.

  11. I should go back to putting stuff up I find or people send me, but some of it is to x-rated :)

  12. The Internet is an abacus; Grog looking at his hands and noticing the same amount is there day after day, year after year. He stares at his feet and contemplates the correlation.

It's people like YOU who change the world.

  15. Well, no one is watching at this point since there's no new stories and no winners tomorrow.

Guess I'll get to McDonalds at about 7:00 a.m. and order the combo. I could buy a USA Today, but by 7, I'll already know all the details about the beer whitehouse thing.

I thought it was funny that the guy serving the beer was white! I wondered if there were black people behind the scenes wishing they could have served the beer, and were pissed because they were not picked because they were black. I've always thanked God for showing me all pre-born people and all post alive people share the common thread of ignorant decency.
